My 2 young children and I appreciated being there. The vibe here was family! The facilities were great too.

Everything was simply good. The rooms turned out to be new-fashioned and big with TV, 4 beds separated out, for instance. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were nice. The jewel in the crown was top-class staff. Just 5 minutes on foot to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 underground, was a big plus.

The apartment we stayed in had useful amenities like a microwave, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. the location was awesome, just a short walk from Denny Hill. 🌟.

inconvenient amenities, careless service

The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

We only received four towels for a room booked for five. The carpet was not vacuumed during our biweekly cleaning service.

we had a fantastic stay at mimaru. the apartment was impressively clean and new, with great soundproofing. our corner family room was spacious and included a cozy seating area and kitchenette. the location was perfect, just a short walk to shinsaibashi and dotonbori, plus there were convenience stores nearby. the staff, especially mahesh at the front desk, were incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our move to kyoto.

As a budget traveler, I loved the spacious family room with a kitchenette, great location near shops, and friendly staff. the laundry facilities were super helpful too!
